Project Title: Youth Leadership Conference of Thailand (YLCT) 2025
Project Duration: 6 Months
Target Audience: Youth aged 15-24 years across Thailand
Project Objective: To cultivate leadership skills, promote active citizenship, and inspire collaboration among young leaders from diverse backgrounds across Thailand.

Project Overview:
The Youth Leadership Conference of Thailand (YLCT) is designed to provide a platform for young people to develop leadership skills, engage in discussions on key social issues, and network with like-minded peers, mentors, and experts. Through workshops, seminars, and collaborative activities, the event aims to empower youth to take on leadership roles within their communities and contribute to the country’s future development.

Key Goals:

  1. Develop Leadership Skills: Equip youth with practical tools and knowledge to develop their leadership abilities.
  2. Foster Networking and Collaboration: Create a platform where youth from diverse backgrounds can connect and collaborate on community-driven initiatives.
  3. Promote Active Citizenship: Encourage youth to participate in social, environmental, and political issues within their communities.
  4. Build Capacity for Youth Advocacy: Provide training on how young people can advocate for policies that impact their communities and society.
  5. Encourage Social Responsibility: Instill a sense of responsibility for sustainable development and peacebuilding.

Target Participants:

  • Youth aged 15-24 years (students, young professionals, community leaders).
  • Young people from all regions of Thailand, with a focus on marginalized communities and underrepresented groups.
  • At least 500 participants expected, including speakers, mentors, and panelists.

  • Leadership Workshop: Hands-on activities focused on developing key leadership traits (communication, decision-making, conflict resolution).
  • Networking Session: Ice-breaker activities and group discussions.

Day 2: Social Impact & Collaboration

  • Panel Discussion: Youth activists discussing the impact of social entrepreneurship and innovation in Thailand.
  • Breakout Sessions: Collaborative workshops on how to launch youth-led initiatives on local or national levels.
  • Mentor Sessions: One-on-one time with experienced mentors to guide youth on their leadership journey.
  • Community Project Showcase: Presentation of youth-led projects and initiatives.

Day 3: Advocacy, Policy & Sustainability

  • Closing Ceremony: Reflections from participants, speaker acknowledgments, and announcements of the next steps for the youth leadership confederation.
