• Impact: Participants demonstrated improvements in problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills, with many taking leadership roles in their communities and organizations.
• Future Plans: Expand the program to include specialized tracks for different age groups and needs.

2. National Youth Conferences and Summits

• Summary: Hosted the Thailand leadership volunteering summit, a national gathering that brought together youth leaders, government officials, and industry experts to discuss social issues affecting the youth.
• Impact: Fostered collaboration among youth groups nationwide, resulting in  2youth-led projects focused on social change.
• Future Plans: Increase participation and broaden the scope to include international youth leaders for a global perspective.

3. Advocacy for Youth Rights and Policy Reform

• Summary: Engaged in advocacy efforts to promote youth rights, including organizing campaigns and policy discussions to address youth unemployment, mental health, and education reforms.
• Future Plans: Strengthen relationships with policymakers and continue advocating for youth participation in decision-making.

5. Collaboration with International Youth Networks

• Summary: Built international partnerships with youth organizations from 3 countries, sharing best practices and organizing cross-border youth exchange programs.
• Impact: Expanded the global network of youth leaders, enhancing cultural understanding and international collaboration.
• Future Plans: Increase the scope of international exchanges and explore joint projects with youth organizations in neighboring countries.

6. Youth Empowerment and Capacity Building

• Summary: Provided training in skills such as project management, public speaking, and digital literacy to 1,035 youth across Thailand.
• Impact: Youth participants reported feeling more confident and empowered to take on leadership roles in both professional and community settings.
• Future Plans: Broaden training offerings to include new topics like environmental leadership, entrepreneurship, and innovation.

Conclusion:

This year marked significant progress for the Youth Leadership Confederation of Thailand. By focusing on leadership development, community engagement, advocacy, and international collaboration, the organization has empowered youth leaders across Thailand. The successes of the year have laid a strong foundation for continued growth and impact in the years to come.
